 Trying To Find A Missing Loli Manga |

I had some computer issues not all that long ago and among the data I lost was this short little loli manga in English that I enjoyed reading now and then. Sadly, I don't remember the title, but I do recall the plot and can even semi-visualize some of the scenes.
Here's what I remember:
1.) It starts off with a few text boxes explaining how a school principal was paying off his debts by selling peeping photos he takes of his female students.
2.) Almost in the first few frames, it reveals how he was caught by one of said female students and after raping her, he forces her into prostitution.
3.) Having found a more lucrative career, he transforms his school into a sex for wealthy and other VIP clients and his female students are the workers (makes mention of some being bought from their families).
4.) One scene revolves around a 'virgin auction', which the text indicates is a monthly event.
5.) Some other frames indicate that some of the girls' minds break and they start actively taking part in the sex acts instead of resisting.
6.) It is set in what I assume is inside the school, after hours I would think.
7.) As reflective of their being students, the girls are seen in school uniforms, school swimsuits, and school gym uniforms.
8.) Its almost an orgy set-up as all the men and the girls come across as being in the same room while everything is going on.
That's all I can think of in terms of recall notes off the top of my head right now. Hope that's enough to go on. Any help would be appreciated.
