 Looking For Title Of Misplaced Translated Short Loli Manga |

Ugh, now this is annoying. I can remember things like dialogue, some of the plot, and even half visualize some of the pages, but I can't for the life of me remember what this manga/doujin is called or who wrote it.
So, here's what i do remember:
1.) Starts with introducing the main three, a loli man and two loli charges that are the daughters of the woman leaving them in his care while she heads out with it pointed out in little author notes all three are short for their ages;
2.) Skip to next scene and you have both sisters giving the guy fellatio while discussing how things started originally (including a little flash back panel to the defloration of the older sister and she's saying, If I remember right, 'Shin-nii, it hurts' or something like that);
3.) Older sister has longer hair and, if I recall right, a side ponytail;
4.) lolier sister's name, I think, was Moegi and she got praised by the guy when she swallowed (which prodded the older sister into jealousy doing the same next);
5.) It was a short story, not all that many pages total;
6.) The version I'm looking for was in English;
7.) The older sister is the first one to get laid, then the lolier sister, and both get internal cumshots (and, at least for the older sister, not 100% on this part, there's a small insert that shows an 'x-ray' of what it looks like when she gets creamed);
8.) The girls are in undershirts and panties when they start when giving the guy blowjobs.
That's all I remember. Anyone recognize this one and know where I can find a copy?
