the shota on top is alright, the lower half of the legs are a little out of proportion, but the one on the bottom has his legs on backwards
also, it's good that you vary the lines for thickness but i'd like to see something more solid and less sketchy from you
also, not drawing hands just makes it obvious that you can't draw hands

and i'm not really able to use any program to fill it with any colours, i can try but this is not my speciality
