In the "Wallpapers and Pictures" section, it says "Anything that is non-drawn is forbidden", what's that suppose to mean? Do you mean that any pictures we find off the internet (excluding pictures WE draw) cannot be posted? I just wanted to clear some confusion.

No, it means photos are forbidden, even if they don't show anything problematic. Well photos of figures or anime merchandise are an exception, but otherwise no. Also anime-style 3d is allowed. Everything else does not belong on lah. Of course you can post things you didn't draw yourself.
For things you drew there is the artists section
