9 is apparently out - but i cannot find a raw anywhere - it has not been translated yet as far as i know - but it was released a little while ago in japan, so hopefully someone finds a copy sometime soon

i hope to god someone translates the 9th soon and if anyone needs any of the other boys empires just pm me and ill see what i can do
