I just started to watch the anime and downloaded the game^^ its really awesome but i would love a english patch do anyone know if something like that exists?

Yes, someone has finally made a patch for the game. I've tried it, it works, it's great. Text, instructions, everything is translated. It even has some dual-translations in the text, writing words like Nee-san or Obaa-san in the text, with a small translation underneath. I quite like it. I haven't found any major flaws yet, but I've only just started, so we'll see.
