Image tagging software?

My brother had a thing called MP3 Tag, and that was nifty but I can't do anything with it since I don't keep those on my computer. Even worse Nya! I have over 5000+ Images and always growing nya!

I need something like Danbooru on my computer Nya, A Nyabooru. Feather-chan Annoyed

Is ther anything that can help me Nya, sometimes I can't even find the images I wanna post cuase I don't know what of my billion folders they would be under, but keep them in less and you can never find them nya.

Well, there's always Picasa. It's google for your local computer.

Nya that isn't gonna require me to remember the name of every picture I have is it? With that idea I could just search the main flash drive I keep them in for the image name Nya, but I will check it out nya.

Edit: It's kinda sorta Nya. The way these things talk though nya I'm worried about ruining or degrading the quality of my pictures Nya. Equally bad is Jpgs and Jpegs are only like 75% of my collection nya, but I may have to settle for it nya.

Well, you could always keep it's application with your pics. That way, only you could use it.
