STEP1: hunting artists/circles (Japanese/Western) who make "decent" CG works (2D/3D) in the t/m topic (I always find "new" artists/circles)
=> this literally means non-structured browsing of
- image boards and galleries
- PiXiV
- other hentai forums
- online stores (eg DLsite, DMM, melonbooks for printed content)
- stolen personal collections xD
NOTE: This activity consumes the most time and the finding of a "new" artist/circle mostly depends on fortune. But its probably the most pleasant part. (:
STEP2: collecting information about artists/circles (bio, list of published CG works, other works)
* it is important to define the content itself, I generally use the DLsite categories (scope of this thread: CG illustration, novel with CG illustration, visual novel, colored digital comic, AVG/ADV rips) and some other categories for the non-commercial publishing (stand-alone CG, CG sequel).
=> structured search of
- artist/cirle's homepage
- online databases (doujinshi.mugimugi, vndb)
- online stores
STEP3: collecting content => it has a direct and an indirect way
- direct: searching for the content's title+circle/artist's name in Japanese, Romaji and English ON google, ON download sites (eg Share-films, HA, Doujinblog), ON hash databases, ON other galleries, forums etc. - making a request is a walkable way too, sometimes you have to message a lot to get a content (:
- indirect: regularly checking download sites, forums and grab anything what you need because the links die and perhaps you gain a collection
STEP4: organizing content => "Official" english (if exists) and japanese title, cover picture, completeness check, etc.
STEP5: sharing content => literally what you can see in this thread
- packing
- uploading
- preparing of the information table
- selecting and sharing of preview pics
- troubleshooting
STEP6: ?
STEP7: Profit
And this is only to run this thread in this way.

Update: Yep! That fixed it.
I am glad you succeed. Downloading from both hosts can't be a problem, you only have to make sure that the file's name the same. Hosts tend to rename the archives, but TBH if you use 7zip they can merge and extract archives with different names, I guess.
