The gods....they shine on us this day! I--it works. Much smoother than the original too! My only 'issue' is that it default comes 100% complete so...you can't unlock the game through yourself...but then who hasn't done it already on their own with the japanese one?

This version has been made in such a way that your save data completion from the Japanese version is compatible with the decensored version. If you wish to start fresh at 0%, delete or move your save data elsewhere. The save data is stored at C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\[some_random_letters]\localhost
From there you'll find files like mu09.sol, mu09_save1.sol, mu09_save2.sol, etc, delete or move them to a different folder if you wish to save them for possible later use. Start a new game and percentage will be 0%.
You may need to have hidden folders visible in order to find it.

Indeed they did. They removed the whole blog without any warning. I still have my old blog at hxxp://belldandy100-decensoredshrine.blogspot.com
