how can you tell if their actually pregnant or just fat? if you have an description i "Might" have some but im not sure.

Well basically if they're just fat they have tons of extra body fat everywhere nya. No artist or person says "Hey I want chubby/fat but only in the belly area." They might want a pot belly but it's not going to be that size.

As for telling it apart from inflation, it's a bit harder but inflation usually has some kind of symbol that it's happened or is happening nya.
