Shop:
DVD on the right -> unlocks from behind sex (from the normal sex scene, 2nd option)

Lube: No idea.

Save Game - top menu right (M)

Blue buttons.-> Switch between foreplay and sex options (The one with the R in it), the other one ends the day.

I worked out every CG except for one, but it seems like this could be an ending CG. It is definitely not a gameplay CG.
