Regarding the link, it seems like it works fine with the slash ( / ) alone, no need for the #
Though /# does work just as well.

@zaldar: You could use an ad-blocker (as Anyien suggested) or a download manager like JDownloader 2. You might also try one of the 7 mirrors (see spoiler).
