All Iris games are easily playable without understanding Japanese, all you will get is some choices through the game. Most of them will be on which girl you want to be with.

So you won´t get stuck or miss anything without knowing Japanese.

Ahh well the torrent was down when I tried to grab it (last night haha) and figured I might as well upload what I got.

It means that you need the no-disc patch.

Extract the contents of the AlphaROM archive and stick it in the destination folder where the game was installed. Replace old files when it asks you to.

I must be missing something. Within all of the archives there are no patches available to avoid the error that zazall is getting. The closest thing I could find to an added file is within the "Dummy" folder, but the filename in the archive is just "Makisima". No executables or anything to modify the game files.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I usually never have problems with these things...

The file was not any of the torrents of this game, you had to go to the Forum the uploader is from and find it there. Just unzip and paste all files into the game folder, say yes to overwrite the files and start playing.
