Ugh, and I've tried several methods to purchase this and I've not had any luck. so far three prepaid cards all failed, and I'm hesitant to try another one. Does anyone know if those green dot cards work on dlsite?

Hmm, I admit it's been a year (or 2!) since I last bought something from the Japan Dlsite. However, you used to be able to register and use non-Japanese credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) there with no difficulty (or at least I did anyway  ). Have you got a standard (i.e. non prepaid) card that you could try?
