[ベェーカリィー]Breeding of the Chimera |
Quote |
A new game from the same circle behind Marunomi.
Cicle: ベェーカリィー
Animated: No
Voices: No
Type: RPG
Info: hxxp://www.dlsite.com/maniax/work/=/product_id/RJ140785.html
Download: hxxps://mega.co.nz/#
About the game:
You control a chimera and it seems like you're up for some breeding.
The game has a basic RPG system where you can level up to gain stats, and by defeating (and raping) girls you gain points which can be invested in certain skills/improvements.
Controls are rather simple. You can change control scheme to a different set of keys in the option menu:
Movement: arrow keys or mouse.
Melee attack: Space bar, can be combo'd or you can charge a hammer attack by keeping the spacebar pressed for a second or so.
Magic attack: C if i recall correctly, shoots a magic projectile. Has a very small cooldown. Keeping it pressed with charge an attack that shoots 3 projectiles with a larger (but separate) cooldown.
Dodge/Dash: X performs a small dodge or dash in a direction of your choosing, limited by a sort of energy bar which shows below your character.
Change/Special: Z at a certain point you get the ability to change into a human form. This will allow you to fool some girls/guards and is needed to get into town. You also get some sort of chimera-vision that allows you to see things otherwise not visible. (Hold to change, press to activate vision)
Menu: Shift - Here you can add perks, view your stats, save, look at unlocked cg and change options.
After defeating a girl, using a melee attack when they're on the floor will initiate the h-scene.
At a certain point you get the option of going to new hunting fields, this seems to be sort of a new game plus. Perks/skills unlocked by the points you get by breeding are carried over. From what I can see level/stats are not. There are 3 difficulties easy/normal/hard. You can change difficulty in the menu (left bottom).
Certain characters only appear in the new game plus mode, and some have special requirements to unlock. It also appears that some girls have multiple H-scenes depending on when/what you do.
Now for some info I've discovered. Feel free to share more seeing as I'm still having trouble getting certain characters.
Oh and last but not least, the game's made in flash.
I've been trying a lot but don't seem to be getting far. Could really use some tips and help so please share if you find something new.
Trying to cheat hasn't gotten me far either. Can't seem to do anything with a memory editor.

Some more stuff I found:
I'll add in my savegame. At 75% at the moment.
hxxps://mega.co.nz/#!EUdCQRbb!Y2rnXcaC939H_m3pBnQyY-Awyl3ZRlNcYiS4PpAhOyk
Where do you place the savegame: In your C:\Users\#YOURPCNAMEHERE#\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\#SOMEUSERHERE#\localhost\#PATHTOGAMEHERE#\game.exe
easier way to get there %appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\#SOMEUSERHERE#\localhost\#PATHTOGAMEHERE#\game.exe
And then browse
Obviously you'll need to replace the stuff between ## characters by what's applicable on your system.
------------------------------
Later edit: Completed it thanks to a walkthrough someone posted on another forum: http://www.doujinkey.com/%E6%94%BB%E7%95%A5/%E3%82%AD%E3%83%A1%E3%83%A9%E3%81%AE%E7%B9%81%E6%AE%96%E3%80%80%E6%94%BB%E7%95%A5%E3%80%80%E8%A1%8C%E5%8B%95%E8%A1%A8%E7%AD%89/
Completely in japanese but found my way through using google translate (thanks to it putting the stuff in romaji).

You're a life saver, this game was actually insanely difficult for an H-game! I was so frustrated when I found out you couldn't even damage the demon loli.

I feel like a dingus. I can't for the life of me find where to put this save. The directory thats suppose to have it has saves for my other flash games, but seemingly nothing for this game.

Your best bet is to use the search function on your computer. The file apparently exists in null-space and can't be found normally. I know because I tried to take a peek at the save file with minerva and couldn't find the thing.
Thanks to monkehman for the share and the save! I was so frustrated with some of the requirements! Not being able to read a language makes this game really hard...

Even have it set to show hidden folders! Rather bizarre. The game is clearly working with saves, as I have my own, I just have no idea where it puts them and no idea how to find out.

I used Process Monitor (ProcMon) to find the location of the save file. Basically filter out everything except for Adobe Flash, then load a save. Export that and search for .sol, should bring you to the path of the save game.
I'm starting to wish I could hook the text of the game so I could at least enjoy machine translations from Google. While I might hope for it, I don't think this will ever get translated .

Actually, you can hook text in this game with ITH. only problem is that text became endless flood when going into menu or clicking to fast, but in novel parts it works fine(just detach game from ITH when it starts text flooding and reattach on novel parts)

Well, I found out why I couldn't find it, thanks to process monitor. Our save files are completely different both in name and code, somehow, so whenever I tried to plug yours in the game didn't recognize it, same for trying to copy paste the code into existing save files to overwrite what was there. Ah well, I'll just have to play fair.

I seem to be getting the flooding at any time.
I'm starting the game, attaching ITH after everything is loaded. As soon as I switch to GetTextExtentPoint32W it starts flooding. Managed to copy paste some of it and it is actually the text being said, but sadly useless while flooding like that.
Any tips?

Thanks for the great upload.
I have managed to get most of the scenes; however I can not seem to get the second priestess or fairy endings. I have followed the walk through link that was provided, but I can not quite understand what it is telling me to do (after google translating). I also do not have the second knight scene, but I expect I will manage her once I figure out the others.
Do you have any suggestions.
Thanks again.
