If you haven't any start menu (like in windows 8 ), you can type the phrase "%appdata%" in the folderpath of an explorer window, too. Just press Enter and you should be forwarded to that location (\appdata\roaming) where you can find the RenPy folder.

I found the website for this game before but was a little nervous to download as the name of the game rar was bundestrojaner.(maybe a joke from the creators).It talks about the child modeling sites that used to be around,one girl character looks very much like Laura B from the CandyDolls website.
The game was difficult for me to guess right answers (more so than Japanese),so thanks to Josh for the save file also! 
I found the game save folder by doing a search on my pc for a folder named Renpy (only one with a capitol R),then dragged the 100% save file over to replace it.
Hope they do make an english version as it would make it much more interesting to play.

I don't think loli material is illegal in germany, like it's not illegal in denmark too, as far as I can remember very few EU countries have illegalised loli under under the excuse why make something illegal that in itself isn't a crime.

Loli is very much illegal in Germany.
I can't stop playing this game. It is so freaking satirical, complex and critical towards "Gutmenschen" (do-gooders: people who always butt into other people's business "for their own good"), with a few hints at real politicians (who are portrayed obviously) with personal mental problems that lead to their hateful behavior towards "pedos".
This game is like a perfect "in your face!" from all the people who are affected by those politicians. Seriously, when I describe this game like that, I don't even scratch the surface of it all. That's not your typical loli-game to simply fap/schlick to. It's a bomb and you gotta pay attention to the dialogs to grasp the messages.

As far as I know, loli pictures are forbidden, drawn lolis not. Anyhow, this game is indeed the best offers since a long time for people understanding German AND having enough patience to read the dialogues. Like the Poems from Laura (or the other?) - hilarious! This thing is a gem!
Now i heard that the makers are working on a sequel. Does anybody know anothing about that or - yam yam - have a preview?

Person with legal experience here, drawn material is indeed not illegal, though it IS illegal to distribute for profit under obscenity laws, or at least the laws can be read that way, as anyone with any idea about law knows, there's always some laws that leave a lot to interpretation. No one has ever been arrested, much less tried for purely drawn material, however, I believe not even under that 'distribution for profit' clause.
As for that 'Bundestrojaner' thing, that is indeed an inside joke. Worry not.
