This is an updated version of my original post.
First of all, you need "TSOView", see attachments.
You also need the original, unmodified "base.tah" and "base_xp.tah". If you used the old version which converted whole .tah files, I hope you have backups.
Now extract the files from TSOView. Run "TMOProportion.exe". You should see your girl, and a bunch of sliders to the left. Set "Pedo" to 1.0, then click "Save" in the lower right corner. You can close TMOProportion now.
Run "TAHProportion.exe". Click "Load", then select "base.tah" under "/arcs" folder of your game. Click "Compress". Now wait patiently. When it is done, do the same to "base_xp.tah".
When both .tah files are processed, you should find two .tah files under "TSOView" folder, namely "tmo-base.tah" and "tmo-base_xp.tah". Put them under your "/arcs" folder and you are set.
Note: If you wish to play the original 3DCG, simply remove "tmo-base.tah" and "tmo-base_xp.tah". In other words, it's just like other mods rather than total conversion.
