Any tips on how to find all the scenes in these?

So you can only do that with MPC? I have VLC, but it won't work with that, and when I try to open the individual sfw files in swiff player, they say something similar to "play from the start" (hajimekara, go (some kanji) kudasai)

I just tried flash decompiler soft and looks good. U can extract avi files with it. (Sothink SWF Decompiler or Flash Decompiler Trilix)
