How do I use the .bin and .cue files?

If I recall correctly, I opened the .bin with PowerISO and extracted them to the folder.
.Cue...I didn't even touch, didn't need too Feather Neko 2

Another question. How do I get all of the endings?/Can someone upload a 100% save? I keep getting the bad ending, and because I don't know Japanese, I can't tell what I would need to choose.

you should pay more attention. there is a subdir called savedata in the package...
