Its in development, last update was almost a month ago, I believe they said it'll be out in December so keep your eyes peeled.

Apparently they had issues with DMM because the Mosaic was too thin.
Their DLsite page has extremely heavy censorship on the cover and the trial has no preview of the pink haired loli (qwq)
I'm pretty sure everything is fine but, odd...could have sworn they said they would not be putting this product on DLsite as well, but if DMM fell through...

Yeah, but the DLsite version doesn't have the Toddlercon (I believe, from what I was reading at least) so the DMM is the only option.
Thing is, its only available on the JP DMM which doesn't take my card, so we need to wait for it to poof on the english DMM, I'll put it up as soon as its available on the english DMM.

Edit:
Just checked the trials of the JP Dlsite and JP DMM.
JP DMM had less censorship and T-Con
JP Dlsite had more censorship and no T-Con.
DLsite isn't an option :v

I doubt it will be on any blog. It was just released and it has like ~30 downloads on DMM.
v-v; Been tinkering with a VPN but I can't get it to accept my stuff. We'll just need to wait until its available on our DMM

EDIT:
Usually I give it a day or 2 before browsing blogs and all that, but I've been surprised before at how fast some people can be. That doesn't seem to be the case with this group, though.

Apparantly there was a bug on the DMM version or something? I google translated recent 2 posts on their blog and thats what came up. The 2nd post looks like it says the bug was fixed and everything is ready?

There is a free Japanese VPN floating around, but I would not trust using it for financial transactions.
After you gain access it will be a matter of luck whether they accept your credit card. DMM will accept _some_ foreign cards as long as you have a Japanese IP (it may accept a card that it rejects from a foreign IP).
A few years ago their region check used to be laughably simple. They store your region in the cookie "ckcy" with value "1" being Japan. It used to be that you could force your cookie to be "1" and be unrestricted from anywhere in the world without the use of any kind of proxy, but they fixed it
