Thank you Rob for the quick and generous download!
I'm having a bit of trouble though with getting the game to run properly though.
Opening the exe works fine, but after clicking the left option at the title screen this is all that is displayed for me is the image attached below.
Tried every key on my keyboard to try and maybe advance the scene, but nothing seems to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. :v)
ninjaedit: I've also tried running in japanese locale and switching the exe's name, but that didn't work either.

Turns out locacle emulator wasn't enough and I had to actually set my locale to japanese in windows settings to get it to work.

I HAD FUCKING ENOUGH OF EKIKON GENKIUKAI!!!
All of their shit isn't nowring on my pc! All of their new stuff with this new icon and so.
I tried to open manualy, open it with changing my locale to japanise, even changing my keyboard to japanise also.
Tried 2 different emulators this "local emulator" mentioned above and some japanise icon noname shit too.
NEITHER OF THEM WORKED!! I've been trying almost everything to get the games, videos started but NO SUCCESS
If someone could contact Ekikon and tell them to change the fuck out of their works or lend me some WORKING help thing would be good.
Any suggestions from pals around here???
I'm getting pissed off -_-

What version of Windows do you have?
Also, are the game files in Japanese, or Garbled, or did you change it to English. Similarly, is the folder it is in Japanese,Garbled text, or did you change it to English. I ask because (1) the newest game came in a Zip file (Japanese games tend to). If you don't use like Sjisunzip or specify it in winrar, names will come out in garbled text. Almost no game will work under this condition, no matter what locale you have set. And (2) if you have extracted correctly, it could be that the game has trouble being launched from a Japanese directory or with a Japanese name, at least while using Locale Emulator, which isn't perfect. When I used Locale Emulator, I tended to have less problems if names were not in Japanese. If the game exe or any folder in it's path is in Japanese or garbled text, try changing them to an English name.
Anyway, I'm surprised that changing it to Japanese locale didn't seem to work. Did you log off and back on after changing it?
Do you have any codec packs installed? I do not know if one is required or if it is interfering. I personally use KCP. I installed it when it was current and never had a reason to update to a different pack. The DLSite page itself doesn't mention codec packs though.
What it does mention is having Direct X 9.0 or higher installed. In the event you don't have it, that's what I would recommend. But I didn't bring it up because I thought you lacked it, but because of a hunch that Windows 10 might not be compatible with it. You may need to use a dx wrapper available here:hxxps://github.com/elishacloud/dxwrapper
Other issues that could crop up with Win10 is that I've heard it sometimes blocks exe and dll files downloaded from the internet. I have no experience with Win10 as I still use Win7. But I am pretty sure that one of them is blocked, you can unblock them from their property boxes.
And also, You could also see if launching it in compatability mode for Windows 7 or something. I am not sure if any of these solutions are compatible with Locale Emulator.
As to the keyboard thing, you probably won't ever have to use a Japanese keyboard unless the developer is particularly xenophobic. I have played a game that required me to change my date&Time to Japan's but not the keyboard. In every other game, A Japanese language pack and japanese locale were enough. I switched once and never bothered to switch back because the worst that happened was that some programs display a backslash as a yen symbol.

Sounds like you're trying to run it win10 being your OS. win10 fucking broke the Livemaker engine a few updates ago so your best bet is to probably change your OS.

I love ekikon games since the begining when i met a few back in 2007 and their flashes were my main tools for my "take care of myself" program. XD
But lately when they push these new exe files out i'm soooo annoyed becauese nothing works. 
Later a fw months i meet up with the cutscene videos from them on some boorus. -_-

Then it sounds like your problem is that you didn't extract the game in Japanese locale. Are the characters for the exe file gobbledy gook? Because that will cause the program to shit itself. Change the file to something in English if that is the case. Also put the game in a short file path such as C:\Games\ since a lot of the times these Japanese games don't handle long file paths with a lot of characters well.
