I downloaded this program but my antivir detected it as a virus.
I cleaned it found a better source and it installed good, but still wont work.
Wont emulate a thing

I do recommend checking it out yourself just to be safe, but imo the file is perfectly safe. Out of 58 scanners, only 2 flagged the file and for different things leading me to believe they're probably false flags. And considering I've been using Locale Emulator for years I can personally vouch for it's safety.
Anyway, you have to unzip the files, and install it with the installer exe inside the folder. Afterward, there will be a new entry in your right click menu. You may have to set up a profile. I have two profiles, one that opens in Japanese Locale, and the other is the same, but as an admin. I rarely ever need to use the latter, but anyway, if you need help on making sure your profiles are set up I have included a screen shot of what mine looks like. The other profile is exactly the same but it also has the Run as administrator option checked.
Whenever you want to play a Japanese game, you right click the exe and choose under Locale Emulator "Run in Japanese". You can also create shortcuts, the easiest way is with LEShortcut.

There are a couple others that people classify as T-con, but none to my knowledge that are straight up babycon.
YAH-YAH-DOH / TAW does works focusing on diapers + watersports/scat, with lolis, budding, or adults. Some include accessories like rattles and potties:

What's "the event"/status picture/standing picture? Can you post the kanji/specific comment here so we can see what he means?

I assume this one just refers to Mirai's pink toy thing.
"The identity of the grandfather, who was cutlet by an imperial soldier ..."
I assume this one has nothing to do with any in-game content, just character backstory.
And man, he teased us with a patch but is taking forever to actually release it.
Also knowing it took him half of the game's total dev time on the half-assed RPG hurts my imagination, thinking what could've been.

Had a similar issue originally. I fixed it by making sure the folder names and exe name were all in English. Hope that fixes it for you.

I've got to say this is his best game yet! So many options for the loli and T-cons. I wish he would have done more with the double T-con scenes though; I wish he would have had just as many options for it like the T-con crib scenes. I felt that is was a little skimp, but over all it had great sex scenes (considering that I didn't play the actually game and downloaded the completed game save).
