You can also buy a Leash from a merchant that will visit you now and then that will give her 11 obedience right away, or an even better purchase would be the Handcuff Bracelet that gives her 1 obedience each day.

Some random encounters raise it, don´t think any jobs or classes raise it. Usually the 4000 Gold clothes for the girl raise it too. I also think that blowjobs raise it, at least it did it in V1 and V2

Also anyone won anything other than the maid competition I win that one pretty consistently once I get cooking to 80 but the dance and everything else seems impossible.
Reputation is also a pain I mean if I go up to anything I have to keep going to the court to get it raised doesn't seem that anything else does it and it always goes down...
Oh and we need some little angel characters in the game......anyone want to add any?

You need to have over 85 obedience to be able to lend her.
You can meet her either at the castle or the slum
I have won 3 of them.
Make her work in the restaurant and accept when she is asked to be chef there. Winning competitions also give her a boost in reputation and joy.

The 80-point Obedience Limit can be broken once you finish with the first girl as you get 1 bonus point to upgrade any skills you have. Put it into Slave Maker Skill should increase it to Level 2, and you can get anything up to 100. The cost for upgrading increases with every level.
Dancing is obscenely hard to win. On the screen with Her Skills (Charisma, etc..) click "More" on the top right will, of course, yield further information. Here it shows her current Dancing, Swimming, and Singing (currently unincorporated) skills. The dance class will take the Dancing to (I think) Sensuous Dancer,but to go any higher you'll need to visit the Slave Market and hire someone who can dance. Latala's my best choice for higher levels of dance. It takes a LOOOOONG time to increase these other stats, though, so don't be surprised if it seems like it's going nowhere. It is. Be patient. Usually winnable at SM Level 3.
Court Behaviour is linked to Refinement and Temperament I think. You should be able to win this at SM Level 1 or 2.
Beauty is easy. You need to be able to breach 100 Pts, though and that takes Level 3. Raise Charisma and Sensitivity as far as you can go.
General Knowledge is easy to explain. Work in the Library a lot (as it raises both Intelligence AND Constitution) as well as the odd Science class (Or Theology, whatever your tastes)
Pony Race requires a couple of things. A full set of Pony gear (Harness, Tail, Piercings...), the knowledge of the Pony Girl Instructor and Pony Master Skill of at least 1.
For Little Angels Characters, you'll have to find someone here to do it. The creator said numerous times that he won't.
Slave Maker Talents is a nice touch from the previous versions. You find these by accompanying your slave on her walks.
