1) You have to have javascript enabled, if you don´t you can´t get it.
2) After you have enabled javascript you will see a small bar next to where it say sexuploader with a time xounter on.
3) When it reach 0 you can click on it to download the file. But before they file will come up it will open a small window, just close that because it´s nothing that ads.
4) After you have closed it the a window will open and ask where you want it (The same you always get when you download something)
5) Now you just have to wait till it´s finished.

You need to look into proxys, they can mask you location to make it look like you're downloading form someplace else.
Unfortunatly I've never clearly understood how they work but other people should know.

This one is suprisingly easy to use! Simply enter the address into the bar and click "Hide my ass", enter the confirmation code and it should work, though I dont know if it will use a different enough IP adress that you wont get stopped.

strangely, i always have Java Script enabled and working, but now instead of showing the countdown for the download it says : "Javascript/ActiveScripting required.."
before it worked' just when going thro hide my ass it dosen't.
maybe there's another?

lt_dan, I'd google up some instructions for using proxys. Maybe there's another way since the site has a list of useable proxy IPs, your browser might even have a function for using them if you're using something like Opera or Firefox.
Hidemyass was a lucky google hit at the time that you asked so I don;t know much more. But I'd also check you settings for Java as there are lots of conditional behaviors that can effect when it does or dosent work. you might need to update your java or if you have a firewall like the one that comes with service pack 2 (may it burn in hell) it could effect things too.
As for players for internet video, I stand by Media player classic which incidentally also comes with the CCCP codec pack.
