This may be too late but are you sure you changed the system locale under the administrative tab? I'm running Vista 32 bit and have never had a problem.

That's right, I was waiting for a new cpu fan before re-uploading but seems like I'll get started regardless of that.
This thread isn't that much of 1st priority as all these games are in LAH's seedbox already, are you sure the file is corrupted? Try extracting again with the latest version of 7zip (I'm using ultra compression on those files so you'll most likely need the latest version), or re-download it if that doesn't work. They are the same files which were available for download, after all.

but when i open it (with app locale and japanese settings) it comes in gibberish and comes up with butt load of errors in gibberish, i can still run it, just no images or anything lol, it comes up and says "logo 1" and "title" etc, when i click something, it takes me to a black screen, any help would be nice  also using vista.

It typically sounds like an uni-code problem for me. The games generally do behave in the exact way when I don't use japanese settings for non-unicode programs. I think Applocale is not enough. Change the settings!

if i change it to japanese, will the keyboard settings change to japanese? my user requires a password to get in, so if i changed unicode, would my keyboard settings change to? if so, i wouldnt be able to get back on of course lol!

also, when using the mirror download torrents from ult_combo, when i open with utorrent, it says NO files are being downloaded, should i use something else instead of u torrent?

Hey, I just downloaded "Koyuki -Oniichan, Can I Ask a Sex Favor" , "Doki Doki" and "Imouto You ~ Loli Imouto Ha Mata Nitei ~" from the magnets torrents. I have exactly the same problem on all of these games : everytime I try to open the ".exe" file there is a weird error box that appears with a lot of "??????" ... 
If anyone could help us out there it would be nice

Oh, my bad...
Okay I did what the instructions said but now even though I have a japanese message box, I still have a message box error with a big "X"(in red, at the top left corner)... Any idea what my problem could be ?
Sorry for annoying you but I'm a bit desperate here
