Seeing as you asked, I'm going to give you some constructive criticism.
The first thing is that you need to build your characters out of more solid shapes, as they currently have no feeling of mass or weight. I'd be more specific about this, but it's really hard to do that based on finished work where I can't see your process.
The second major thing is that you arn't paying attention to the relationships between elements, seemingly putting putting parts in with no regard to why they'd look the way you see in your head. This is really, really hard to get your head around, but once it clicks it'll be the most natural thing in the world.
Lots of other little things, but the points outlined above should be your focus for the time being. Feel free to ask me for any specific advice on things you don't get.
