that many have tagged the present 25 gifs with artist: motoi hiroumi and with group: metalzigzag; the uploader himself only refers to hxxp://nijie.info/members.php?id=55940 and hxxp://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=1080794 . From the last reference it seems that metalzigzag has two active artists, two of them publishing on pixiv and one of them, or both under one name, on nijie (you can't post gifs on pixiv, but you can do so very well on nijie).
So my guess is: the @ in 7Kamado@Motoi has to be read as &.
If you know more please let me know, I'm not an expert at all!!

That artist is named Motoi Hiroumi of the group Metalzigzag. Really love those gifs!
